Chris Matthews on Hardball makes a nuanced if iffy nexus from one matter to another. Maybe it was from Pakistan to torture or Taliban to (~) whatchamacallit? No, really it escapes me and was somewhat obtuse. Somewhere mid-program he notes the polling on torture and segues to The Torture Debate. OW [!] Fundamental Partisan-ship?

Above Hardball inserts: CM Jeb Bush 2016, n. torture tactics, w. Russian tailspin, (~) pure evil.
Still rereading between the lines. The attack on a school in Pakistan is a terrible tragedy. It was a terrorist attack. Americans support torture apparently. The Taliban is upset with the attack of civilians in their controlled regions. They feel justified. Putin feels under attack by the nuances of democracy. (sanctions) Recalling how Bush(43) looked into Putin's eyes and saw his soul, it brings us around to the recent insurgence of support for the likes of Putin from the right. While a third Bush(Jeb) wrangles the middle, Webb rides(or teeters) in from the left. The fulcrum of democracy and American Exceptionalism. Obama Webb on arc of history?
